Use quotations sparingly, and only if the words really are worth quoting and highly relevant. Be brief, usually a few words is enough, or at most a few lines. 

You should be very familiar with how to present and cite quotations by the time you start to write up, but it may be worth checking on the Study Skills section for further advice.
